 In Thor: Love and Thunder , the Mjölnir shattered by Hela years earlier reassembles itself—summoned by Jane Foster, who is terminally ill with cancer. The scattered fragments come together, the blade reforms, and Jane becomes the Mighty Thor. A transformation as beautiful as it is tragic: each time she wields the hammer, her body fights the disease with tenfold strength—but the cancer progresses in parallel. She chooses to fight nonetheless.
