Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for the delivery costs; they will just need to ask for the return shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.
